1. Return & Exchange Conditions
• Customers can return or exchange products within 7 days of receiving the order, under the following conditions:
• The product must be in its original condition and unused.
• It must be in its original packaging with all accessories included.
• Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Swimming pools & water toys.
• Costumes and related accessories.
• Balloons and inflatable products.
• Remote-controlled aircraft.
• Custom-Made Outdoor Playground Equipment
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
If you wish to return or exchange an eligible product, follow these steps:

2. Provide order details and a clear photo of the product in its current condition.
3. Your request will be reviewed within 1-3 business days, and you will be notified of the decision.
4. If approved, the customer bears the shipping cost, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a store error.
4. Refund Policy
• Refunds are processed using the same payment method within 7 business days after approval.
• The store is not responsible for any delays caused by the bank or payment provider.
• Shipping fees and additional services (e.g., special packaging) are non-refundable.
5. Cases Where Return or Exchange is Rejected
A return/exchange request may be rejected if:
• The product has been used or damaged due to misuse.
• The product is not in its original packaging or missing accessories.
• The return period (7 days from receipt) has expired.
• The product falls under the non-returnable categories listed above.
