• The customer bears the shipping costs, unless there is a promotion for free shipping.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

• Customers can return or exchange products within 7 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are in their original condition and unused.

• Some products cannot be returned or exchanged, including swimming pools, costumes, balloons, and remote-controlled aircraft, due to safety regulations.

• The customer bears the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or a store error.

• Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 7 business days after return approval.
